1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

- Used jewellery
- Imitation jewellery after use
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Wholesale bulk orders
- Items without original packaging
3. Return Process
- Customer must email with photos/video proof
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Return approval is subject to inspection
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
We may offer replacement instead of refund depending on product availability.
